Mr. Ryan has substantial expertise in corporate
finance and investment banking within various
industries.
Mr. Ryan has over twenty years of extensive
experience representing business owners, officers
and shareholders of privately held companies.
He originally founded Global Mergers in 1991
and has previous experience in corporate venture
capital at a Fortune 100 firm and in the entrepreneurial
services division at a Big Four CPA firm.
Mr. Ryan has had experience in all types of
transactions including; selling companies, acquisition
searches, management buyouts, product licensing,
business and product valuations, distressed
companies, and raising expansion and venture
capital.
Prior to forming Global Mergers Group, LLC,
Mr. Ryan held a number of senior positions at
the world headquarters, as well as in corporate
venture capital, at Emerson, a Fortune 100 company.
He began his career in 1985 at Ernst & Young,
a Big Four CPA firm in the entrepreneurial services
division.
Mr. Ryan is a Certified Public Accountant. He
has an MBA and BS degree in accounting from
St. Louis University.

Mr.
Causevic has substantial experience in selling,
funding and managing companies on behalf of
his clients as well as own ventures. Mr. Causevic
has assisted numerous organizations as an advisor
from early stage startups to public conglomerates
and Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to Global Mergers Group, Mr. Causevic's
career included successfully starting and building
several companies, including venture-funded
Everest Company, as well as managing a line
for a large public company. Mr. Causevic holds
four technology patents.
In addition to his corporate work, Mr. Causevic
is an adjunct professor at Washington University
in St. Louis where he teaches M&A &
Operations.
Mr. Causevic holds advisory positions with several
prominent companies as well as a prominent business
incubator.
Mr. Causevic earned his electrical engineering
degree and his MBA from Washington University
in St. Louis. Mr. Causevic is a frequent M&A
and entrepreneurship guest speaker and a contributing
writer within the industry.
